Heyooooo! Happy Monday! Can you believe it’s almost August?! This year has definitely flown by! We can’t wait for what’s in store for the rest of 2018.
Today, we are grazing over several topics that are important to us. There’s a lot of unknowns when starting your own journey that no one really tells you about and the Nasty Girls are here to help a sista (or brotha) out.
We chat about nutrition for a bit and how weighing your food is super eye opening. Over estimating your portions could be what’s holding you back from that last 5 lbs you can’t loose. Amy discusses her challenges that she’s had to over come when faced with a HUGE life change, as well.
Let’s admit it. Crossfit is king but we are definitely biased. With any high intensity workout there comes a point where you’re going to need more volume or less food to get results. We explore the next steps after you’re no longer a beginner! Lastly we cover all things scaling and why you SHOULD scale.
