We have a term over here in the Burg we like to use called “big”-nastics. What is big-nastics you ask? Well, it’s us normal athletes trying to do gym-nasty movements, aka body weight aka pull ups, push ups, dips, hollow holds, hand stands, pistols, muscle ups, air squats, aka the hard stuff.
Most of us refrain from doing them well, because quite frankily, it’s hard and it’s a hole in our ego.
Believe it or not, taking some time and focusing on body weight movements and perfecting them may be the secret to getting better and maybe even looking better. We also discuss the importance of your core and how it’s the root of most back injuries.
So, hang out with us for a couple minutes and let’s be better!
