This week we are talking about goals. We have covered goal setting in depth in past episodes but this time we tackle, specifically, how to eliminate distractions in order to achieve your goal(s).
We titled this “head down, eyes forward” because it encapsulates the journey to the end result. A lot of times in fitness/life you find yourself with a goal in mind but we allow distractions in and focus on every little bump in the road making it twice as hard to get there.
Olivia and Amy talk about their journeys to where there are and how a lot of it is really just a bunch of un-sexy habits that eventually lead to success. No one pays attention to the hours you put in behind the scenes but they sure do care about the outcome...That’s ok, head down eyes forward on that goal and you’ll be there in NO TIME!
